ACTNO. 8497 BILL NO. 34-0132 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act providing an appropriation to the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs from the Public Services Commission Revolving Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022, for operating expenses Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $2,500,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from any available funds in the Public Services Commission Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022, to the Public Services Commission for operating expenses. FY 2022 6032 PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION REVOLVING FUND 380 DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING & CONSUMER AFFAIRS TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING & CONSUMER AFFAIRS — $2,500,000 TOTAL PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION REVOLVING FUND $2,500,000 SECTION 2. Title 30 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 25a, subsection (b) is amended by striking “$1,800,000” and inserting “$2,500,000”.
