ACTNO. 8533 BILL NO. 34-0177 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act granting a use variance for Plots No. 167 and 168 Estate Clifton Hill, King Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation to allow for a freight forwarding business Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION L. (a) Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a use variance is granted for Plots No. 167 and 168 Estate Clifton Hill, King Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.5988 acres as shown on PWD Drawing No. 2972 from the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation to allow for the relocation of a freight forwarding business with the following requirement: (1) No storage shall occur outside of the premises; and (2) A buffer of opaque fencing, wall, or green hedges approximately seven to eight feet high shall be installed to address impacts to and protect adjacent residentially zone properties. …
