Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands An act granting a zoning use variance to Plot Nos. 24B and 24D, Estate Body Slob, King Quarter, St. Croix to allow for a bus and passenger terminal PROPOSED BY: Senator Milton E. Potter, by Request of the Governor 1 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 2 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, subsection 3 (a), a zoning use variance from the P (Public) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 24B 4 Estate Body Slob, King Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 2.0002 U.S. acres as 5 shown on Survey Drawing 5394 and Plot 24D Estate Body Slob, King Quarter, St. Croix, 6 consisting of approximately 0.9 182 U.S. acres, as shown on Survey Drawing 5394, to allow 7 for a bus and passenger terminal.
