ACTNO.9 0 31 BILL NO. 36-0170 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2025 An act providing an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Waste Management Authority from the Sewer Waste Water Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1, The following sum is appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, 2075 SEWER WASTEWATER FUND FY2026 620 VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TOTAL 620 VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY $1,500,000 TOTAL 2075 SEWER WASTEWATER FUND $1,500,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 17, 2025.
