President David Hall provided the Committee with specifics regarding a $250,000 commitment recently announced by Diageo North America establishing an endowment to support 10 students annually, external funding for the UVI (University of the Virgin Islands) School of Medicine, the Andre and Edith Galiber Lecture Series, and the renaming of the St. Thomas Campus in honor of President Emeritus Dr. Orville Edward Kean.
