ACT NO.6463 BILL NO. 24-0150 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 The Fiscal Year 2002 Omnibus Authorization Act ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 2. Title 3, section 271, Virgin Islands Cade is amended hy bed > ne SECTION 3. Title 3, section 717, subsection (b), Virgin Islands Code, is amended by adding a new appropriately numbered paragraph at the end thereof to read as follows: “() The Board shall, at least twice each fiscal year, consider for approval loans to the members of the System as provided under this subsection.”. SECTION 4. Title 21, section 16, Virgin Islands Code, is amended in the last sentence by deleting “$75,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$110,000”. 2 SECTION 5. …
