Ottley Legislative Hall on St. Thomas. During this Committee Hearing, the representatives from the Department of Health, St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation, Virgin Islands Board of Nurse Licensure, Virgin Islands Healthcare Foundation, Office of Collective Bargaining, MASA Global, and Skymed will present operational updates relative to their respective facilities and will discuss other key components as it relates to their responsibilities. BLOCK I 10:00 A.M. – 1:30 P.M The Committee will receive testimony on the operational status of the Department of Health, Virgin Islands Healthcare Foundation, and Virgin Islands Board of Nurse Licensure. The Office of Collective Bargaining will provide a status update on nurse contracts throughout the territory. Invited Testifiers: Honorable Justa E.
