After obtaining the patient’s credit card information she used it to make personal purchases online. On September 1, 2022, Detectives from Economic Crime Unit executed an arrest warrant on 23- year-old Solly Lantigua. Ms. Lantigua was arrested and charged with One Count of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, Embezzlement by Clerks, Agents, Employees, Obtaining Money by False Pretense and Petit Larceny. Ms. Lantigua was unable to post the $30,000 bail and was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advice of rights hearing. ###
