Paris, Oct. 9th.—The German peace treaty in consequence of its ratification by Royal decree-by King Victpr Emanue! of Italy will become e?'ectiv.:gn 15 days, according to the interpreration of the French press. There is considerablc uncertaincty in conference circles, how- ever, whether the decree must be ap- proved by the Italian Parliament before it is finaliy effective.
