ACTNO. 8350 BILL NO. 33-0396 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act providing an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for the fiscal year October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021 | So Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, there is appropriated from the General Fund of the Virgin Islands the sum of $1,496,909 to the Public Employees Relations Board and $185,000 to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses,. Such sums shall remain available until expended. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 29, 2020.
