AGL NU, 7487 BILL NO. 30-0014 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act appropriating $103,750 in Fiscal Year 2013 to U.S. Virgin Islands Little League District exclusively, to participate in the 2013 Baseball Region Tournaments ---0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Notwithstanding the use limitations provisions of title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3072, there is appropriated from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, the sum of One Hundred Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($103,750.00) to U.S. Virgin Islands Little League District, Inc. exclusively to participate in the 2013 Baseball Regional Tournaments. (b) The sum appropriated in subsection (a) must be released to the sponsors of this event no later than 60 days before the event.
