ACT NO. 8634 BILL NO. 34-0320 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Waste Management Authority from the Sewer Waste Water Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or as so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. 2066 SEWER WASTE WATER FUND 620 VIRGIN ISLANDS WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY FY 2023 TOTAL 620 VIRGIN ISLANDS WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY $1,000,000 TOTAL 2066 SEWER WASTE WATER FUND Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 20, 2022.
