ACTNO. 8518 BILL NO. 34-0158 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act to rezone Plot No. 11-H Estate Montpellier, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 11-H Estate Montpellier, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.5360 U.S. acres as more fully described on Drawing No. 4700, dated July 2, 1991, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) with the condition not to exceed three dwelling units.
