Dear Mr. Dema: As required in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Administrative Order, issued March 22, 1990 to the Esso Standard Oil Company; Texaco Caribbean, Inc.; and L'Henri, Inc., the Eighth Sampling Event at the Tutu Wells Site is scheduled to start March 26, 1993. On behalf of Ana Gloria Ramos, Designated Coordinator of the Tutu Environmental Investigation Committee (TEIC), Geraghty & Miller, Inc. is requesting access to the Four Winds Plaza supply wells (Four Winds I, Four Winds II) on March 31, 1993 in order to obtain ground- water samples. The analytical parameters will include target compound list (TCL) volatile organic compounds (VOCs), TCL base neutral and acid extractable organic compounds, target analyte list (TAL) metal compounds, and cyanide using USEPA contract laboratory program protocols.
