ACT NO.6500 BILL NO 24-0189 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend title 14, Virgin Islands Code, to establish penalties for terrorist threats, chemical biological agents, nuclear substances threats, hoax substances, bomb hoax and detonation of bombs ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 14 Virgin Islands Code, is amended by inserting Chapter 108, to read: “Chapter 108. §2142. Whoever, willfully and deliberately or negligently communicates through any medium the presence of a bomb where there is no such device found, and which the person knows, intends or reasonably believes is likely to cause public alarm or disruption has committed the act of creating a bomb hoax. 2143. …
