ACTNO. 8744 BILL NO. 35-0146 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act providing an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Virgin Islands Labor Management Committee for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, there is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands the sum of $1,466,909 to the Public Employees Relations Board and $188,899 to the Virgin Islands Labor Management Committee for operating expenses for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. 0100 GENERAL FUND FY2024 Public Employees Relations Board $1,466,909 350 Virgin Islands Labor Management Committee $ 188,899 TOTAL GENERAL FUND $1,655,808 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2023.
