The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated from the Indirect Cost Fund for operating expenses, including wages and salaries, and other purposes of the Office of Management and Budget, the Division of Personnel the Department of Property and Procurement and the Department of Finance for Fiscal Year October 1, 2000 to September 30, 2001. Such sum shall remain available until expended.
