CROIX, USVI – 22-year-old Kobi Todman of Sion Farm was arrested on September 2 at around 3 p.m. pursuant to an arrest warrant, charged with Unlawful Possession of Ammunition. Todman was arrested in connection with an incident that occurred on Benny Benjamin Drive on May 2, where a passenger in his vehicle sustained gunshot wounds. A search warrant was executed on Todman’s vehicle, where several spent shell casings, live ammunition, and magazines were confiscated. Bail for Todman was set at $50,000. Unable to post bail, he was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending his Advice of Rights hearing. # # #
