Notwithstanding limitations on use of monies in the fund under title 33 V.LC., §3003a (e), the sum of $14,000,000 is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011, as a contribution to the General Fund. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 21, 2010.
