The polling <vlii commence at 1 o’clock D. m. in accordance with article 30 of thae Colonial law will close at 4 o’clock p m. at the eacliest. At the election noone ean be con- sidered unless hé has announced himself as a- candidate or has been so announc- ed by one of thne electors of the elector- ai disirict. ‘T'he announcement of can- didature shall either be made in writing or by personal attendance of the an- nouncer ai the Electoral Roard.
