ACTNO. 875 1 BILL NO. 35-0160 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act providing an appropriation from the Virgin Islands Lottery as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 32 Virgin Islands Code, section 246(a)(11) or any other law, the sum of $950,000 is appropriated from the Virgin Islands Lottery in the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands.
