A new voting was ordered and 12 vot- ing tickets were handed in for the elec- tion of a Secretary. 3rd Member for Christiansted Town (Alexander) received 4 votes, 3rd Ap- pointed Meamber (Armstrong) 3 voics, 2nd Appointed Member (Nol!) 2 voles and bth Appointed Member (Me Intosh), Ist Membsr tor Christiansted Country Distriet (Jessen) {and Ist Appointed Member (Loulter) received 1 “vote each.
