7 AUG 6 2001 ACT NO. 6 4 29 ____ GOVERNOR BILL NO. 24-0086 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To amend title 3, chapter 27, section 702, subsection (x), Virgin Islands Code, as it relates to early retirement for hazardous duty for Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority employees ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3, chapter 27, section 702, subsection (x), Virgin Islands Code, is amended by deleting the words ‘‘any person employed by the Authority as a lineman or plant operator” and substituting in lieu thereof the words “every production employee working within the power plant, every lineman or plant operator and his support-crew employees”.
