ACT NO.665 7 BILL NO. 25-0172 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES | Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for Parcel No. 38L Estate LaGrande Princess, Company Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to C (Commercial) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 38L Estate LaGrande Princess, Company Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.5372 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawings Nos. 2019, 2019A, dated January 24, 1975, dated October 12, 1966, revised October 15, 1966 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to C (Commercial). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 11, 2004. …
