ACT NO, 7156 BILL NO. 28-0071 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act amending title 23 Virgin Islands Code adding a new chapter 11 to enact the Virgin Islands Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 23 Virgin Islands Code is amended by adding a new chapter 11 to read as follows: “CHAPTER 11 VIRGIN ISLANDS UNIFORM EMERGENCY VOLUNTEER HEALTH PRACTITIONERS §1091. SHORT TITLE. This chapter may be cited as The Virgin Islands Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act. §1092. DEFINITIONS.
