ACT NO. 6913 BILL NO. 27-0035 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act rezoning Parcel Nos. 26A, 33A, and 39 Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to P (Public) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel Nos. 26A, 33A, and 39 Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 0.183 U.S. acres, 1.071 U.S. acres and 2.751 U.S. acres respectively, as more adequately described on OLG No. D9-7829-T006, dated August 1, 2006, from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to P (Public).
